Bone Cancer Surgery

The lower part of the leg is removed, and the remaining lower limb is rotated and reattached to function as a knee joint. In Metastasis Surgery: If the cancer has spread (metastasized) to other parts of the body, additional surgeries might be needed to remove tumors from other organs, such as the lungs.
